Hello readers of The Center Spiral!!!

A suggestion from one of our staff earlier led to some tinkering and I now have a new format to publish with!!  However, since it is all of you, dear readers, that will be using these publishing formats the most, I thought I should get some input from all of you! Just comment with which format you like best, or if you would like both available. I will link to all three issues for each format.

#1 - New option. This one can have links directly to the articles in the table of contents. It can also be easily updated if we need to fix something.

#2 - Previous option. This one can be downloaded as a PDF file by you. However, the table of contents will *not* link to articles, and it is not able to be updated.

#3 - Both!!!  With this option we will advertise and show option one, but link to option two at the bottom for those of you who want to download the PDF.
